By the beginning of RAO/CIS Offshore Secretariat together with the general information sponsor of the event - the magazine «Neft Rossii» - is preparing a newspaper «RAO / CIS Offshore REVIEW» *.

The first issue of the newspaper will be timed to the opening of the exhibition. The newspaper will be will distributed among the participants and guests, as well as during all the Conference sessions, at the exhibition, all the meetings and activities.

The second issue of the newspaper will be devoted to the summing-up of RAO / CIS Offshore 2011 Exhibition and Conference. PDF version will be sent to all participants by e-mail after the event.
